I spent over $140 on a Perm for my Mums Birthday.
The perm only lasted one week.
My mum has done perms at many other hair salons and they typically last close to 6 months!
When my mum went back today and asked that she atleast gets a free haircut to compensate for the horrible perm, she told my mum no no no

For years, Crystal has been the only person to put scissors to my hair. She always does a magnificent job on my haircuts & she does a beautiful bouncy blow wave.
