  Rude staff, stand over you and watch you scanning and bagging your items. Why don't they just start actually serving us again, they watch that closely maybe do the job themselves instead.
  
  Also, if you are going to chase someone out of the shop you should be damn sure they actually stole something. Had a item from the chemist in my trolley and literally got chased out and questioned very loudly, your staff member is lucky I was in a good mood today. No need to try humiliate someone in front of everyone, wasn't even a product Coles sells, what a joke.

  Closes 25 minutes early than the advertised. Girls working inside were laughing on the people standing outside, waiting for the door to be opened. Not a good look to the business and definitely not a way to treat your customers.

  If its one Coles store I dispize, its Coles Taylors Hill. The staff at this store stand over you in self serve checkouts watching like your a damn criminal. There's camera's watching, stand back and watch the screens, it's that clear. Theres no need to literally stand on the checkouts watching over us while we bag every single item.
  Same as going through staff assisted checkouts, when not busy, they ask can you pack your own goods. Particularly the Indian ladies on front end. If I want to pack my own goods, I'd go to self serve. That's your job.
  I'd rather now drive 5mins up the road to Coles and Woolies Caroline Springs. Always great customer service by all staff.

  What’s the point of doing an online order and requesting substitutes when none are given. There was no other brand of olive oil, cheese slices, yogurt, mineral water, potatoes?? 10 items missing today which means the online order and delivery fee were pointless since I need to go into the store. You have lost me coles might as well go to aldis there cheaper anyway

  Very strange staff 1 Indian female in particular she follow you like a stalker, watch you every move you make at self checkout. Very uncomfortable . If you want to see bags just ask rather than getting in my face and personal space!
  From now on staff can scan and pack my bags.
